both courses are beginners-friendly

“philosophy fundamentals” is a general overview of big questions and concepts in philosophy. course #1 covers 6 unique and different topics over 6 weeks.

“politics, body, and emotion” is more specific and spends more time dealing with the three topics in the heading: politics, body, and emotion.

classes are taught by aleks hammo

since 2018, aleks has hosted ‘aleks listens,’ a podcast which includes many interviews with world-leading philosophers

in 2020, aleks received a first-class honours degree in philosophy (BA) from the university of melbourne

in 2019-20, aleks received a scholarship to pursue his philosophy studies at king’s college london, and university college london

in 2022, aleks will continue his studies in philosophy at the australian national university, ranked #5 in the world for philosophy

120 minutes, and I’ll always hang around for questions after class 🤓
